The food was pretty good. Sadly they didn’t have much ice on the hot day we went there. They also gave us extra mac and cheese bites which was nice. The owner (I think?) seems friendly too. The decor is not the best though. They also had a special family deal which was around $70 or $60 for five pieces of haddock, large fries, three gravies, individual coleslaws and tartar sauce, and an appetizer.

We ordered halibut fish & chips, butterfly prawns, mac & cheese and haddock fish & chips. All items were good, the quantity of fries is too much. So plan your order accordingly. They have baby high chair too. The staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions. Overall a good experience.

We ordered Halibut fish and change the fries to sweet potato fries, we enjoyed every bit, fish was cooked great, fries are crunchy, we end up with clean plate. Would definitely recommend for anyone craving for fish and chips. Shirley was a great server and suggested some cool waterfalls to check out here in Owen Sound.

My partner was craving fish and chips while on vacation visiting Owen Sound, but due to dietary restrictions, I couldn't have anything. Cathy, our waitress was concerned that I was only having water. I explained that the only restaurant food I could have was a plain baked potato, and most restaurants don't have that. I was very pleasantly surprised when Cathy brought out a microwaved potato for me (not on the menu), along with my partner's meal! Cathy is so thoughtful and considerate! My partner really enjoyed the fish and chips too. Thanks again!

Pretty good fish and chips. Lady working the counter was very kind too. Servings were okay, if you’re hungry I’d recommend getting an extra piece. Very big serving of fries though.
